At Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services through our Shopping Mall Display System. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns will be accepted.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 Working days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, customized products, digital goods).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact the Seller: Reach out directly to the seller listed on your receipt or the product page. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Wait for Approval: The seller will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return the Item: Ship or drop off the item to the location specified by the seller, following their instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a mistake by the seller (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, you will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
  • Partial refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., opened items, items with missing parts, or items returned after the specified time frame).

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact the seller directly to arrange the exchange process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact the seller for further assistance.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the seller.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify the seller within 10 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
