Welcome to Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Shopping Display System (SDS), whether you are a buyer, seller, or visitor. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shopping Mall Display System, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies referenced within, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Return Policy, and Support Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of the Platform

• Eligibility: To use the SDS, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable laws.
• Registration: Some features of the platform require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Content Submission: You are responsible for any content (text, images, videos) that you submit for display on the platform. You warrant that the content complies with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

3. Seller-Specific Terms

Sellers using the SDS must adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Seller Policy. This includes:

• Providing accurate product or service listings.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Managing customer orders, including delivery, returns, and refunds.

Failure to comply with the Seller Policy may result in suspension or termination of your seller account.

4. Buyer-Specific Terms

• Verify the accuracy of product descriptions and seller terms before making a purchase.
• Directly contact sellers for product-related inquiries, returns, or complaints.
• Adhere to our Return Policy for any return requests.

Note: Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of products listed by sellers. Any disputes must be resolved between the buyer and seller directly.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, logos, and designs displayed on the SDS are the property of Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

User-Generated Content: By submitting content for display, you grant Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content on our platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Post or display any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Engage in any activity that could disrupt or damage the platform, including hacking or introducing malware.
• Violate the privacy rights of others, including unauthorized collection or sharing of personal information.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the SMDS. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the SDS.
• Any product or service displayed on the platform.
• Any interactions or transactions between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the system at any time without notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

Seller and Buyer Disputes: Any disputes between buyers and sellers regarding transactions must be resolved between the parties. Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading may offer mediation but does not have an obligation to settle disputes.

Platform Disputes: Any disputes arising from the use of the SMDS should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or pursued in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Ahmed Hassan Darwish Trading reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform announcements. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SDS for any reason, including violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
